How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who reaches Appearedpitch Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page covers how to raise a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and does not count as legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Appearedpitch Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your home, a good first step is usually to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Note that Appearedpitch Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@appearedpitch.property and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also be able to help.
